Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools are used by all of us in everyday life and for those going through a separation, it will no doubt be tempting to use AI to navigate the process and seek quick advice to questions without having to pay a solicitor.

The Government have extended their Family Mediation Voucher Scheme for a further 12 months.

This means that separating parents can continue to take advantage of a voucher for up to £500 towards family mediation fees to help resolve child or child and financial issues arising out of separation.

This week is . It is organised by the Family Mediation Council to raise awareness of how family mediation can help separating couples make arrangements for children, property and finances in a calmer, more constructive way.

Here is Diedre Sanders, Agony Aunt on ITV's This Morning show speaking about separation, how parents can best manage the changes for the children - and how family mediation can help.
