Nice little job for Norton property maintenance and development in the sun last couple of days for an absolute delight couple
Really enjoyed doing this for them
Massive thank you to Trojan Timber Sheds for the decking bit of imagination and just rolled with it but came out quite nice
All ready for the lovely couple to enjoy this summer 😜

Gutted this job come to an end , missed me old mate more than I realised . Over 12 yrs minimum since we see each other.
Was like yesterday 😂 nothing but laughs and talks this week about the old days Brilliant week . It’s not the end it’s the start of a new chapter
Roofing joins internal works 💙
My part is now done .

Norton property maintenance and development so tommoro the last day working with me good old pal M Bass Johnson 😩 been a right old giggle and catch up even got a visit from the pirate peg leg Jimmy Cairns as well .
Really enjoyed this week loads of laughters and good heart to hearts . Stud wall for the lovely lady and skimmed just door and skirtings tommoro then old bass king can take over for the finals 💙

This morning Norton property maintenance and development attended a home in Bognor for a lovely couple who hated seeing there garden like it was .
Mould everywhere, black water marks from damaged gutter and weeds
First of all we jet washed the walls to let dry while we dug up about 1.5T of soil and levelled it out spread top soil and laid turf . Painted the walls first coat with sandtex will return for second . Jet washed green mould off slabs and washed black off the gate 💪🏻 now on to the next gonna be a late one 😴 🥱 work hard play harder 😜

Another job completed by Norton property maintenance and development
A lovely customer was sick of her down stairs toilet looking how the last tenants left it
So we helped revive it again
Bit of a task due to damp excess old paint and neglect but now very welcoming. Pipes boxed in ready for small shelving a splash back ready to hang a toothbrush pot and soap dish satin white skirting and cookie colour walls 💪🏻

Another task for Norton property maintenance and development this lovely couple had the carpet installed but was to tight for opening and closing the doors
We addressed the situation this morning so now they open and close freely 💪🏻
