05/06/2026

Mental health is now one of the leading causes of employee absence, with 22.1 million working days lost in 2024/25 due to conditions such as anxiety, burnout and depression.

At the same time, employers are increasingly supporting employees with neurodiverse conditions such as ADHD, autism and dyslexia, often without the knowledge, confidence or resources they need.

The reality is that every workplace is made up of people who think, process and respond differently. When mental health concerns arise or neurodiverse employees are not receiving the support they need, the impact can be felt across teams, productivity, performance and workplace culture.

One of the biggest challenges employers face is not knowing what to look for, how to have the right conversations, or how to provide appropriate support.

A one-size-fits-all approach can leave employees feeling misunderstood and unsupported, increasing the risk of grievances, long-term absence and, in the worst cases, tribunal claims.

That's why we're hosting a FREE seminar:

12/05/2026

As part of this yearโ€™s Mental Health Awareness Week theme of โ€œtaking actionโ€, now is the time for employers to move beyond awareness and start building the confidence to support mental health properly in the workplace.

One of the biggest fears employers face when managing mental health issues at work is saying the wrong thing.

But avoiding the conversation altogether can create even bigger problems - misunderstandings, grievances, long-term absence, damaged culture, and, in worst-case scenarios, costly tribunal claims.

The reality is employers are expected to support mental health in the workplace, but many leaders have never been shown how to handle these conversations confidently or correctly.

Thatโ€™s why weโ€™re hosting a FREE seminar:
