Statement from Richard Griffiths, Senior Partner:

"I am pleased to announce that Liam Burke has been promoted to the role of salaried partner.

Liam has been with RG&CO for just over 10 years and has worked his way up from a criminal defence paralegal, police station accredited rep, to obtaining a training contract in 2018. During his training he realised that his future lay in residential conveyancing.

Liam qualified as a solicitor during covid in 2020 and his first few years in the role were some of the hardest any conveyancing solicitor has seen yet.

Liam has since then shown that he has both leadership skills and a thorough grasp of the ever increasing ethical and regulatory demands of conducting conveyancing and he has been Head of the Conveyancing Department since 2023. As the Head of Department for Conveyancing, Liam has also been the Senior Responsible Officer for the CQS scheme. He has overseen the update and implementation of the Conveyancing Quality Scheme across the firm ensuring that our clients get the best possible advice and service.

Liam is extremely well liked by both those in his team and the firm as a whole and we are excited to have him join the senior management team.

Liam Burke, Head of Conveyancing and the coaches of Peasedown Albion under 13's are delighted that Richard Griffiths & Co can support the under 13's team in participating in grass roots football. ⚽️

It is so important for children to have activities like these available to them and it really makes everyone feel included when they can have a brand-new kit to play in. The team are thrilled to have these kits for the 2025-26 season. 😍

"Richard Griffiths & Co have generated £1,487,241 of pledged income from your generous clients.

The money you’ve helped raise could fund our Cancer Awareness Roadshow and its potentially life-saving work for one year. Our nurses travel to the heart of communities to help members of the public take steps to reduce their risk of cancer. They also raise awareness of symptoms and encourage people to go to their GP with any concerns. This is important to help diagnose more cancer cases at an early stage, when treatment is more likely to be successful. Since 2006, the roadshow has reached over 800,000 people – a number that’s growing every week."

At RG&Co we support charitable schemes, much like Cancer Research within our Wills & Probate department.
