One thing I've always considered a strength is my ability to perform under pressure. Tight deadlines, difficult situations, and high expectations have usually brought out my best work.



Lately, though, I've noticed a shift. It's not that the pressure has become impossible to handle—it's that it feels constant. When every task is urgent, every deadline is critical and there's little room to reset, pressure stops being motivating and starts becoming frustrating.



I'm still pushing through, adapting and showing up, but it's a reminder that resilience isn't about accepting endless pressure. It's about knowing when pressure drives performance—and when it's time to rethink how we're working.

What a momentous few days it’s been as we’ve witnessed the eclipse — a spectacular reminder that sometimes, the stars really do have a way of aligning. 🌌

And perhaps there’s a lesson in that for residential conveyancing too…
