Unbelievable and as predicted tbh 🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻
It just goes to show how the latest budget has now started to come through and affect the building and maintenance industry and it’s only going to get worse tbh as many will follow suit.
All our prices will follow increases inline with the material costs that we have to pay and if we manage to secure cheaper material prices then it will be passed on.
We have literally not increased any of our costs for the last 12 months which is amazing considering how much things have risen over this year as we have absorbed as much as we can but unfortunately we can’t absorb any more of the costs like any business being HMRC and VAT registered business as all our insurance’s, accreditations, fuel, tools and operating expenses have all increased within the past year even down to tunnel and bridge crossing fees.
So we have had no choice but to increase our prices from January 2026. We will still be helping as many local charities, appeals and local team sponsors as possible as this is exactly what keeps us motivated and moving forward with our business to help and support our community. We thank everyone who has supported us over the past 12 months and we will continue to offer the best possible prices we can.

What a Really Boss night and Martlews are proud to support such a worthy cause, with loads of laughs and banter, also had the pleasure to meet some really good contacts and even had the pleasure to meet the area TP Director who i use to deal with 10years ago when he was on shop floor, as they say never burn your bridges as your paths may pass again 👌

Big thanks Travis Perkins for the invitation and the bonus is that a lot of money has been raised for dementia and Alzheimer’s society which is truly close to my heart and we are 💯 proud to support the charity. Must say the couple of lucky raffle tickets we purchased were greatly appreciated 😁

Absolutely made up with how this installation turned out for our returning customers at their new training centre. All completed within half a days work.
Old Window and brickwork removed new french door combination installed with all internal plastering works completed 👌Then the customers had them all sprayed in Red to match the existing windows already installed throughout the building absolutely stunning transformation.
