🏠🔨 NEW PROJECT UNDERWAY! GARAGE CONVERSION – PHASE 1! 🔨🏠

Another exciting project underway for A-Class Property Services Ltd! 💪

We're transforming this garage into a brand-new living space, complete with a bathroom!

We've been busy getting the groundwork completed, and here's what we've achieved so far:

✅ Existing garage floor excavated and removed

✅ Existing sewer pipes exposed and new drainage connections installed for the bathroom

✅ New pipework installed and tested

✅ Ground levelled and hardcore sub-base prepared

✅ Damp-proof membrane (DPM) installed

✅ Floor insulation boards fitted

✅ Groundwork prepared for the new front brickwork and window installation

🚧 WHAT'S NEXT? – PHASE 2

We're now awaiting our next Building Control inspection before we can pour the concrete floor and move forward with the new brickwork and window installation.

Once approved, we'll be cracking on with the next stage of this transformation! 🧱

You’ll start with simpler maintenance jobs such as tap replacements, minor repairs, basic plumbing, carpentry and general property maintenance, then progress onto bigger works as your confidence and ability grow.

For those who don’t know me, alongside running my business, I also coach a local grassroots football team.

I’ve coached many of these boys since they were under-sevens, and they’re now heading into their under-16 season. Coaching the team takes up most of my evenings and weekends, but it’s something I genuinely love and wouldn’t change for the world.

I’m also proud to sponsor the team through A-Class Property Services Limited. We’re currently looking for additional local businesses that may be interested in supporting the boys during their final years of grassroots football.

Sponsorship can help us provide new kits, tracksuits, training equipment and better facilities.

As you’ll see from the video clips, this is a talented and committed group of players competing at a very high level. They haven’t got long left in grassroots football before moving into men’s football, and our goal is to give them the best possible platform to progress and, hopefully, start earning money from the game they love.
