If you're looking to expand your expertise and become an Expert Witness, here is some of the things you can expect in your role as an Expert Witness:

We are looking for specialists with 10 years or more experience in their clinical field, currently in clinical practice or who have UpToDate clinical knowledge.

You will use your valuable knowledge and expertise to provide your professional opinion on legal matters.
This can include:
✔Reviewing documentation
✔Reporting on breaches of duty/causation/condition & prognosis
✔Attending case conferences with lawyers
✔Responding to queries
✔Writing statements
✔Undertaking injury assessments
✔Giving evidence in court
