The role will involve:
-Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
-Handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership, new build and leasehold matters
-Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction
-Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
-Ensuring all files are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements
-Maintaining high standards of client care and professionalism
The ideal candidate will:
-Have proven experience in residential conveyancing
Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
-Demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills
-Be committed to delivering a high-quality client service
