Drinking 🍷 🍺🍾🥃

Does alcohol oil the wheels of business or have a massive negative effect on your productivity??

Personally I’ve found (particularly as I get older) that it’s the latter and have therefore pretty much cut alcohol out of my life, however I know a number of very successful people that still drink pretty heavily and on a regular basis, they would say many deals are done whist socialising with alcohol front and centre…

What are your views?

Is it me or does there appear to be a lot more properties coming to market at ‘Guide’ prices recently?
Historically I’m used to seeing this more on higher priced properties, does it mean more uncertainty in where the Estate Agents think pricing is going… ?🤔
