Funny how some customers expect loyalty from a local business for years… but the second you hit a rough couple of weeks with staffing issues and schedule changes, they disappear quicker than the Scottish sun 🤣☀️

We’ve built professorkleen from the ground up, worked through all weather, squeezed people in, turned up when others wouldn’t, and always tried to look after our regulars 💚

Sometimes setbacks happen in business — especially when you’re growing, changing staff around, and trying to improve the service long term. The real loyal customers understood that and stuck by us 🫡
