How kind and caring of Scott and his team to be thinking of others in this loving way. Well done

reflecting today on the past 4 months of Lockdown, the Covid-19 pandemic and the enormous impact on how the bereaved have had to cope with increased pressures at an already terribly hard time. Scores have been unable to attend funerals for close relatives and friends and those left behind have had to wait months to access their deceased parents' belongings from care settings, due to restrictions on visiting premises. Social distancing at funerals has meant no hugging or other comforting, and mourners have not even been permitted to approach a coffin to lay flowers themselves. Our thoughts remain with all those left behind having to adjust not just to the loss, but also the lack of opportunity to say final farewells in the way they may have wished.
