TLC Wills is a specialist estate planning advisory service that helps you pass on your hard-earned money to those who you care about most. Regardless of what you may or may not have a Will ensures your wishes are carried out when you are no longer here. Without a Will being in place the government could decide who inherits your possessions, property and money. A Will allows you to control exactly who inherits (and who doesn’t) your estate when you die. Planning and organizing the future for your family or friends will give you peace of mind but will also save those who you have left behind unnecessary stress. Making a will is the only way to guarantee that your wishes are carried out. Single Person Will £95.00 Married couple £155.00
7 VERY GOOD REASONS FOR MAKING A WILL
1) Without a Will in place your partner/children may not inherit your entire estate.
2) If you have children that are under 18yrs you MUST consider who would take care of them (a guardian) when you are gone. Without an effective guardian in place it could mean that they end up in the care of Social Services whilst the Court decides who should look after them.
3) Without a Will being in place the Government will decide who inherits your possessions, property and money.
4) You will save your family a lot of money (in Legal fees) and prevent arguments and stress by writing a Will.
5) If you have a long term partner but you are not married they would not be entitled to anything. By writing a Will you can look after them as well.
6) If you die without leaving a Will and have no partner or children. Your parents, brothers and sisters may inherit your estate even if you would prefer it to go elsewhere!!!
7) Most people want to leave their estate to their partner or children. But what if you were all taken at the same time?
