Sometimes growth looks a little uncertain.

But momentum matters.

According to the Mental Health Foundation, nearly half of UK adults (48%) say sleeping badly negatively affects their mental health.

In a world that constantly celebrates being busy, it can be easy to overlook the importance of proper rest. But sleep matters. Quiet moments matter. Slowing down matters.

So this weekend, take the nap.
Have the slow morning.
Read the book.
Cuddle on the couch.
Let yourself properly switch off for a while.

Our little Bramble has been enjoying a well-earned break with his fur mum and is making the most of a change of scenery in the Cairngorms.

Fresh air, new views and a slower pace seem to suit him rather well.

It’s also a timely reminder for anyone currently working towards deadlines and feeling the pressure ahead of the Easter long weekend. When things start to feel a bit full-on, there is value in taking it step by step. Progress doesn’t have to happen all at once.
