As most of you are aware, Pudsey Legal Services Ltd went into liquidation on 12 December 2024 after 21 years serving the people of Pudsey, and we thank each and every client who supported us during the firm's lifetime.

Unfortunately, a combination of economic pressures & difficulties with staff recruitment left us with no choice but to close. There has been a lot of work involved in trying to achieve an orderly closure, and only two staff to carry this out.

We apologise for any delays experienced. Carolyn and Paul from Pudsey Legal have moved to Atkinson Firth of Shipley, who kindly agreed to keep the Wills from Pudsey Legal safe until clients can be contacted and their instructions obtained. This work is ongoing - there are a great many Wills.

The Pudsey office has now closed, but please rest assured that everyone with a will held by us will be contacted as soon as possible.

With deep regret, we have to announce that after 21 years, Pudsey Legal will cease trading on 31 October 2024. We continue to operate until then with a vastly reduced staff. It is for that reason that our switchboard is not taking calls at this time; we also cannot meet with clients without an appointment. This is because we are working hard to complete the cases that we are able to, ahead of the planned closure; and also to carry out all regulatory requirements.

We ask for your patience and understanding at this difficult time.

England are bringing it home tonight, so we have decided to let our staff enjoy the final without having to worry about getting up early to come to the office, so we will be closed until 11.00
