Yes this could happen if everything were straightforward but consider rising house prices, blended families, family feuds, mitigating care home fees,inheritance tax and protecting children. pancy (fee wise) when dealing with professionals in this realm, depending on whether you are using legal services or solicitors. The worst thing is the lack of transparency in fees. I offer a free, impartial service for clients in this sphere. Only working with professionals in the Institute of Professional Willwriters) IPW, the client will be presented with options and prices dependent on their needs. They can then choose who they wish to act for them. The whole premise is raising awareness throughout the country and lobbying for regulation to get rid of the cowboys.
