Getting divorced or dissolving a civil partnership can be a disturbing experience for all parties, especially children.

Children’s welfare is paramount and comes before anything else. Our team will help you wherever possible to reach an agreement with your ex-partner in the best interest of the children. Some of the things to consider are the living arrangement for the children, how much contact each partner will have, how will future decisions be taken, amongst others.

It is important for children to have information about what is happening in a way which is appropriate to their age and understanding. Children will feel attached to both parents and do not may comprehend why the other parent being criticised or blamed. Children must be well supported so that they don’t feel responsible for their parents’ break up.

Call Out to Investors – The UK Childcare Industry

The UK childcare industry has become increasingly favourable to invest in and offer investors significant opportunity, as increasingly high number of working families become reliant on childcare according to the new report “Alternative Investment in the UK” by specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co.

Christie & Co writes that with ‘nurseries increasingly being seen as essential infrastructure, and due to the high degree of fragmentation, the sector is ripe for consolidation, with this opportunity fuelling investor interest and demand from buyers’.

Even amidst the current pandemic, key workers have been increasingly reliant on nurseries. This sector would be recession proof as it is a backbone for working parents.

Our team, with considerable experience in the childcare industry, is currently working with investors seeking to take mergers and acquisitions of 80 per cent of the childcare sector which is primarily made up of single, independent ownership settings.
