Brewers The Lettings Agency, is a family run independent business specialising in the ever growing lettings market. Situated in Cosham High Street for the past 9 years, we are excited to have moved into the affluent area of Drayton, and have set up office in a conversion undertaken by us of the old local toilet block! Established in 2007, we have seen a dramatic growth within the last 8 years and

are pleased to be now managing over 120 residential and commercial properties across Portsmouth and surrounding areas. Our client list is made up of one off landlords, to Landlords with Portfolio and we pride ourselves on being able to offer a personal yet professional service, treating each Landlord and Tenant as an individual, listening to their needs and offering competitive fees for both landlords and tenants. Whether you would like us to simply find you a tenant or to manage your property on a day to day basis we are able to offer you a service to suit your requirements including the arrangement of Gas Safety’s and EPCs where required. Our set up fee for each managed property includes an Inventory carried out by a professional company and provides us with a non-biased record of the property on move in, so in the unfortunate event that the property is not left in the same condition on move out we are fully covered to claim back deposit monies where possible and will also be there every step of the way in the event of an eviction including serving the correct papers and court hearings. But we don’t just stop there…… as we have experience and knowledge in the sales market we are able to offer advice on buying the right ‘Buy To Let’ property, whether it be a one off or the start of building your very own portfolio.
