In the conveyancing world, yes... sometimes it is!

A lot of the process involves waiting for third parties. Mortgage lenders, local authorities, management companies and other solicitors all work to different timescales, which can make a transaction feel painfully slow. (Trust us... we get it!)

Behind the scenes, though, there is often plenty happening. A key part of our role is progressing the legal work as efficiently as possible and chasing the right people at the right time to help keep your transaction moving forward. So please don't worry, it's all in hand!
