Here we are once again—Peterborough’s highest-rated removal company! We just moved a lovely family from Werrington to Orton, 4-bed house into a cozy 3-bed bungalow. Bungalows are our favorite—easy offload, easy life! With two of our Luton vans on the job, all furniture was fully protected, and we had floor protection down for the rainy day. ✨ 2026 marks a huge milestone for us – 10 years of Gibbs Removals! ✨

This year we proudly celebrate our 10th year in business, and what a journey it has been. Gibbs Removals is a family-run business, built from the ground up, and we couldn’t be prouder of what it’s become.

The business was started 10 years ago by Robbie, with a simple goal: to provide a reliable, honest, and high-quality removal service that people could genuinely trust. Three years later, his partner Shelley joined the business, taking over all of the admin and behind-the-scenes organisation that keeps everything running smoothly, while Robbie continues to manage the team on the road and personally maintain the vehicles.

Today, our fleet of six vehicles is something we’re incredibly proud of – each one named after our family members and children, because family is at the heart of everything we do.

Thanks to our customers’ support, we’re now recognised as the highest-rated removal company in and around Peterborough, Stamford, and the surrounding villages ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. We did consider re-branding this year, but we’ve decided to stay true to our original branding – it’s who we are and a big part of why we’re so well known locally.

As we move into 2026, we’re focused on growth and improvement. We’re looking to expand the business and upgrade our fleet, while continuing to work closely with local councils, charity shops, and estate agents. We’ve also invested in brand-new furniture protection, floor protection, and new uniforms, ensuring every job is carried out to the highest standard.

Our goals for the year ahead are clear:
