By way of introduction, I am a local self-employed residential conveyancer dealing with the legal work in relation to all types of house sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.

As a self-employed conveyancing consultant working with Taylor Rose Solicitors, I believe I can offer a professional service at a competitive price. My many years of experience in residential conveyancing means that you can trust that I am familiar with whatever may come up during your house sale, purchase, transfer or remortgage, and as a self-employed consultant I can offer local clients a competitive quote tailored to both the demographic and the nature of the transaction.

With that flexibility, and the fact that I myself live and work within Soham, means that I can serve the town and its surrounding areas almost exclusively, and offer the most bespoke and personalised type of conveyancing service to you.

I am also able to offer home visits locally for a small additional fee (for example, to carry out client onboarding and signing important legal documents). Evening and weekend availability can be considered if your working hours collide.

- Traditional auctions
- Commercial/agricultural conveyancing
- Lease extensions
- High rise flats (i.e. those falling within the remit of the Building Safety Act 2022) may be considered on a case by case basis

Acting for first time buyers is probably the most rewarding part of my job.
