Eden Legal announces acquisition of McKean Gardner

We are pleased to announce that, effective from 1 August 2023, we have acquired the business of Perth based specialist private client firm, McKean Gardner Limited.

Craig Harvie, Director, said, “We are delighted that this merger has now been completed. Our firms have worked closely together for several years now and the acquisition will streamline processes for existing clients of both firms, while also strengthening Eden Legal’s private client team.

The combined firm will operate under the name of Eden Legal Limited and will continue to be based in Eden Legal’s existing offices in Perth.
