Full Time Receptionist/ Secretary Position
About the role:
Based at our Kirkby Stephen office, you will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support including audio and copy typing and reception duties. The ideal applicant will possess excellent typing skills and be experienced in the use of Microsoft Word, Office and Outlook. Good communication skills are essential. The ability to work in a team environment and under pressure, as well as on the successful candidate's own initiative is essential. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitasking effectively. Occasionally, you may also be required to provide holiday cover at one of our own other offices. Previous experience would be an advantage.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Salary competitive, commensurate with experience.
24 days holiday plus bank holidays, free on-site parking.
