A recent stair tread replacement in seaford. The old fire escape treads had become rotten and unsafe. So we replaced all the treads and strengthened the handrail to extend the life of the staircase for the landlord

This was a recent stair repair. All the risers were made to measure and installed correctly to strengthen this old staircase. It was then finished with plasterboard and the pipes boxed in. After a corner bead is added to the wall it will be ready to be painted and another happy customer 🔨

Tidying up the front of the property with some new 20mm shingle and edging stones to keep the shingle in place

Another happy customer in Saltdean. we cleared the backed up drainage channel from all the built up waste and filled with fresh 20mm shingle. It can now drain the water away correctly

A recent bespoke made bath panel. This was for a landlord that had a tenant moving in last minute and couldn’t source a PVC bath panel and end panel in time. This has been sealed with silicone and will be and painted to make watertight
