We have the Bar Soc Bar Crawl starting at 8.30PM on Tuesday 14th June, at Magdalen College. Meet at the Longwall entrance of Magdalen College, bring a friend from Magdalen or call Rivu at 07454441274 to be let in. We will begin bar hopping from 9.30PM so keep up with our Instagram to work out where we are :)

Another reminder to get involved! Mock trials can be super fun😉

NON-LAW AND LAW STUDENTS! HAVE A GO!🫡🤗

We are pleased to announce the first rounds of our in-person Mock Trial on Sunday 22nd May at Magdalen College.

We are now opening up sign-ups for all roles: lawyers, witnesses and court clerks.

Unlike moots, mock trials provide a unique opportunity to question witnesses in thrilling examination-in-chiefs and cross examinations and give rhetoric filled opening and closing speeches exploring a different side to advocacy than usually done.

A great opportunity for law and non-law students as no knowledge of law is needed, just great advocacy skills. Further info can be found in the notice to participants and all materials shared in the registration link.
