I went right out of my comfort zone yesterday and had a session with Carmen Rose Davidson the vocal coach at https://vocevita.co.uk/

Whilst I expected to work on my voice and delivery I did not expect Carmen Rose Davidson to help me with the actual message I wanted to share about what makes my company great and why people would want to work with me. She really did take a holistic approach to our session.

I was surprised at the range we discovered I had and some of the 'homework' I have to work on will be easy to incorporate into the presentations I have coming up and already I feel this will make a difference to my delivery.

If you have to speak at work, whether it is a full-on presentation or even a 60sec pitch, a course with Carmen is worth considering especially when you think that we have less than 10 seconds to make that first impression!

As The World Cup 2022 starts we are very proud to announce that we are sponsoring our Local Lionesses. We have supplied the new kit for a local girls' football team, Summertown Stars Under 18s All Stars who play in the Oxfordshire Girls Football League.

Short and sweet feedback from a client but very welcome.

We recently helped a client with a failed environmental report, this involved liaising with the report supplier, sending multiple emails and documents and obtaining comment from the Local Authority’s Contaminated Land Officer regarding the site.

This was not a quick process but we persevered, all included as part of the X-Press Service.

A slight storage issue!!

Didn't quite think this one through although in this case, it is a wonderful issue to be having.

I am part of a Christmas Challenge with Opendoorz Professional Business Network to decorate each of the communal rooms Ronald McDonald House Oxford in and this is part of the Trinity Group's stack of decorations ready for taking there on Monday.

Thanks to the amazing generosity of the Openoorz Trinity Group we are going to be able to ensure that that the families of sick children in hospital over Christmas can have a lovely room for their own celebrations whilst being close to their child. This is massively important, especially where there are siblings also staying at the house at this time.

Now to make sure I can fit it all in my car........
