We are delighted to share that Wrigley Claydon has joined Russell & Russell Solicitors, following the acquisition of the firm effective 30 September 2026.

The acquisition brings together two long-established firms with shared traditions, values and a strong commitment to their clients, people and local communities.

Together, the firms have more than 365 years of legal experience, with Wrigley Claydon having been established in Oldham in 1795 and Russell & Russell tracing its roots back to 1887.

Our 21 Wrigley Claydon team members are joining the wider Russell & Russell family, which now has around 215 people, including partners, across 10 offices in Chester, Greater Manchester and Yorkshire.
