It was a privilege for Rabbitt HR to be invited as guest speakers at the Mansfield and Ashfield Business Network breakfast event this morning. We provided local businesses with a practical guide to the Employment Rights Act 2025 reforms with a special focus on the changes to protection from unfair dismissal rights and key steps that employers can take to mitigate risks.

It was great to be out this morning and representing Rabbitt HR at the Mansfield and Ashfield Business Network, speed networking event.

It was a fun and productive morning, and a great opportunity to meet local businesses, the event organisers, and to introduce everyone to Rabbitt HR.
