As 2025 is coming to an end, we reflect on the challenges faced by many this year, with health issues, financial hardship, grief of loved ones and of past happier lives. Sometimes claims need to be litigated and hard fought and this can be very stressful and frustrating. However hard it gets, we will continue to support you and represent you to the end, whether that be a negotiated settlement or a Trial hearing. Trust in your relationship with your Solicitor is vital in a personal injury claim, especially if it is litigated, as it can become one of the toughest challenges for you at a time when you're suffering and most vulnerable.

Thank you John W. These are beautiful flowers and gifts. It's been a pleasure knowing you and talking dogs 🐕🐶🐾 we made sure there was no stone left unturned and achieved the best outcome possible. It's important not to rush to a settlement when the outcome of surgery needs to be known first as otherwise there's no way of knowing the extent of any future ongoing symptoms and therefore no certainty of knowing the right value and whether a settlement is good to accept or not. Fortunately a good settlement was forthcoming as well as a good outcome from surgery. Well done John W. 😁
