Landlords out of pocket after Christmas with so many tenants not paying their rent! Debt Recovery, two words it seems that are on many business people's minds judging from the FB messages we have received over the weekend. Of the 9 enquiries a couple stand out, first was not sure they could recover debt during the pandemic and second thought there was a minimum amount, happily I could reply yes to the first and no to the second!
