Disability
You are disabled under the Equality Act 2010 if you have a physical or mental impairment that has a 'substantial' and 'long-term' negative effect on your ability to do normal daily activities.
Employers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments, offer support for employees who have a disability which may be depression, problems with back, muscular dystrophy.
Examples of reasonable adjustments include:
*flexible working, could also be reduced hours and/or homeworking
*altered duties
*accessible parking space
*not issuing warnings for sick absence caused by disability
