We have a strong ethos with regards to recycling and will strive to recycle as much as possible from the clearances we perform. This is achieved through refurbishing and selling on our eBay page as well as at our showroom. Any items that do not fit into our inventory are donated to local charities with landfill as a last resort. Clearance of commercial and residential properties

Option 1 - Complete Clearance

As part of the clearance process, we will dispose of the items that we are not able to recycle, while we can deduct the salvageable items from the final bill. Option 2 - Part clearance

Having a part clearance means that we are able to simply collect all the items that are suitable for recycling. Prior to the clearance of goods, a survey can be performed to determine the value of the items. In addition, we will also consider motor vehicles, caravans, motor homes, and machinery.

🏢 OFFICE CLEARANCE – BEFORE & AFTER ♻️

Another clearance completed this week, and what a difference!

This office space was completely cleared from top to bottom, including furniture, shelving, equipment and all the smaller items that take the time to sort through.

As always, our job doesn’t simply finish when everything leaves the building. Anything that can be reused, repurposed or passed on to local charities is separated out, with recycling prioritised and landfill kept to an absolute minimum.

A good few days’ work — and very satisfying to hand the premises back completely clear, tidy and vacuumed throughout. 👌

Another busy week for ITRADE House Clearance 💪🚛♻️

We’ve been over to Fakenham helping with a stunning country home with real stately charm 🏡✨ A partial clearance there, carefully handling some beautiful pieces and getting the property ready for its next chapter.

We’ve also completed an end of tenancy clearance in Brundall, plus another in Badersfield (the old RAF Coltishall base) ✈️🏠 And as you can see in the photo, we’ve been busy removing carpets and preparing properties for handover 🔧🧤

We’ve been busy today at the barn getting our vans ready for the New Year, and while sorting through things we realised we’ve ended up with quite a few heaters that are surplus to requirements.

With how cold it is at the moment, we didn’t want them going to waste — so we’ve decided to give them away for FREE.

If you, or someone you know, could really use a heater to keep warm, please get in touch and you’re very welcome to take one. No catches, no charge — just happy to help where we can.
