Shared ownership completed within 6 weeks:

Tina Shaw, one of our residential conveyancers, was recently instructed in a shared ownership purchase which had a deadline to complete before the Stamp Duty change at the end of March. This was a big task as the industry was very busy and shared ownerships are complex. However, Tina has an extensive experience with shared ownership transactions having dealt with these types of transactions since they were first introduced to the housing market. Tina did get the transaction completed within the required timeframe, for which her client was extremely grateful and sent this card to say thank you

As we are nearing the end of the timeframe before the new Stamp Duty Land Tax rates come into force, it goes without saying that it has been a stressful time for both our clients and the conveyancers trying to get as many completions through before the changes. So, it is great to see that we have still been able to maintain our service levels during this busy time, making sure our client's needs are still at the forefront of everything we do.
