Hello everyone! I hope that your New Years have gotten off to a good start? Today I joined in with an online business networking post where you had to introduce yourself and it made me think… there’s been a few new followers to the page recently, so it’s probably time for a reintroduction!
So, who am I?
My name is Kirsty and I live here in Newton Abbot with my husband and our children. Our youngest two girls are home educated so, outside of running my business, that is how I spend most of my time, which I love! ❤️
What do I do?
If you’ve found your way to this page, then you’ve probably got a bit of an idea anyway, but I am an independent estate planning consultant, specialising in Wills and Powers of Attorney. After working as a legal advisor for several years, I retrained with The College of Will Writing and launched my own business offering services of my own that are both affordable and accessible.
Why?
Death and loss of capacity are still such taboo subjects, my mission is to take the FEAR out of planning for the future by making the process as simple and stressful as possible-free as possible. After all, peace of mind is one of the greatest gifts! Personal experience has also taught me how important this kind of organisation is for those we leave behind.
Who do I work with?
Anyone over the age of 18 can make a Will so I am happy to help whoever I can, whether this be individuals or couples, people with young families, older generations or business owners. I don’t specialise in a particular age or circumstance; I believe everyone deserves support in this area - it’s equally important for all of us!
What are my 2026 goals?
My goal for this year is just to keep growing! I’m so proud of how much I’ve achieved since starting my business, but there is still lots more to do! One extra thing I would love to do this year would be to give more local (or online) presentations, raising awareness of the things people should be thinking about for their future 💙
