Do you receive a payslip either electronically or paper based?

Did you know the law states you should receive a payslip on or before the date you are paid.

Payslips help you with the following:
Checking your tax code is right
Are you being paid correctly
Is any money being deducted
Useful for proof of income – mortgages, rent, loans

This is a statutory right and if you do not receive these, it is a breach of the employment rights act and is illegal

‼️The average is taken over a 52 week period.

‼️If you have worked for a company for less than 52 weeks, it should be based on the length of time you have been employed with them.

Zero hour contracts
Agency workers
Bank Staff
Commission
Bonuses
