Any person applying for the UK citizenship from 10 February 2025, who previously entered the UK illegally will normally be refused, regardless of the time that has passed since the illegal entry took place.

A dangerous journey includes, but is not limited to, travelling by small boat or concealed in a vehicle or other conveyance. It does not include, for example, arrival as a passenger with a commercial airline.

By the end of 2024, you’ll need to create a UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) account to access your eVisa. If you have a Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) or another immigration status document, this is important for you! 📲✨

🚨 How to Create Your UKVI Account and Access Your eVisa! 🚨
Step-by-Step Guide:

Create a UKVI Account:

Go to gov.uk/get-access-evisa and fill in your details to create your account.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your account is set up.
Confirm Your Identity:

Use the UK Immigration: ID Check app to verify your identity by taking a picture of your BRP or passport and your face.
Download the app here:

Link Your Account to Your eVisa:

Complete all the required sections, confirm the declaration, and click “Submit.”
You’ll receive an email when your eVisa is ready. ✉️
What You’ll Need:

Your BRP number or application number.
Your identity document (BRP or passport).

A mobile phone number.
Access to the UK Immigration: ID Check App.

Taking on Additional Work by Skilled Worker Visa Holders

آپ skilled worker visa (جسے work permit بھی کہا جاتا ہے )پر UK آئے ہیں تو
کیا آپ اپنے سپانسر (جس کمپنی یا بزنس کی طرف سے جاب آفر پر آپ کو ویزا جاری ہوا)کے علاوہ کسی دوسری کمپنی یا بزنس کے لیے کام کر سکتے ہیں؟
جی۔ آپ اپنے سپانسر کے علاوہ دوسری کمپنی اور بزنس کیے بھی ہفتہ وار 20 گھنٹے تک کام کر سکتے ہیں بشرطیکہ آپ اپنے
سپانسر کے ساتھ کیے گئیے کانٹریکٹ کے مطابق اس کے پاس بھی کام کرتے رہیں اور آپکا اضافی کام بھی سکلڈ ورک کے زمرے میں آتا ہو، (آپ جس جاب کے سپانسر پر آئے ہیں آپ اس کے علاوہ بھی کسی دوسری فیلڈ میں کام کر سکتےہیں)
اگر آپ اپنے سپانسر کے علاوہ ہفتہ وار 20 گھنٹوں سیے بھی ذیادہ ”اضافی کام” کرنا چاہتے ہیں، تو آپکو اس دوسری کمپنی یا بزنس سے بھی سپانسر سرٹیفیکٹ لینا ہو گا جہاں آپ اپنے سپانسر کے علاوہ دوسری جگہ پہ کام کرنا چاہتے ہیں۔
