The Old Palace, St Asaph

On this project we were asked to restore 90 plus sliding sash windows on a listed building dating back to 1791.
The work’s involved the renewal of pulleys, ropes and furniture, new parting and staff beads which included draft seals.

All the rotten timbers to the windows were replaced with new hardwood.
One of the biggest challenges was to replace over 40 broken panes of glass, with mouth blown glass and heritage glass.

We recently carried out a full internal refurbishment to a project in Bowden Altrincham, we were asked to transform the property for the clients, Rhiannon & Rebecca were given budgets for each room and a design brief for the works, all the design and products were sourced by ourselves.

We carried out all of the building works with our team of tradesmen.
The work’s involved.
Removal of walls to take full advantage of the internal space.
Full electrical works which involved over 110 spot lights
Fitment of the plumbing and heating system.
Laying of the beautiful floor throughout the ground floor rooms.
Carpets to the upstairs rooms.
Transformation of 3 bathrooms which included high end products and underfloor heating to them and a wc downstairs,
A Walk-in wardrobe room, office and fitted wardrobes to the bedrooms were also designed and fitted.
All the joinery works throughout the house, oak doors, oak stairs.
Forming a stunning fire place with oak mantle and a Welsh slate hearth.
Decoration of the whole property.

My favourite room is the kitchen that we designed along with the utility room, which is a huge transformation.

The whole team have worked hard to on this project, to create a beautiful home for the clients.

Glossop town hall

We completed this job last year, the works involved carrying out window repairs, replacing rotten timbers to the windows with hardwood.
Over 90 window sliding sashes were removed, eased and then balanced with new ropes, pulleys and window ironmongery fitted.
We also carried out the refurbishment of the clock face timber surrounds.

Well done to the team involved.
Upton Victory Hall.

We carried out a toilet refurbishment to the Ladies, Gents and Disabled toilets just before Christmas. The works included a full strip out of the existing, installation of new flooring, IPS toilet cubicles, new electrical fittings, plus redecoration. It was great to work with a repeat customer.
