If you find the food being provided by the hotel is below standard make sure you get some photographs. Many clients have terrible experiences during their first few days of the holiday but they don't gather any evidence until they become ill.

Once your ill you may find it hard to get any evidence at all. Many clients suffering from food poisoning find it difficult to leave their room.
