Brilliant outcome for Nova and their owner last Friday.

Nova is confirmed NOT type, their owner was found Not Guilty and she can go home a restriction free dog!

NOT type and now living restriction free with an order requiring the Police to pay the expert fee’s of Orion Dog Services, Mike Barnett.

In Court today, Lincolnshire Police withdrew their application and Cali is therefore not “type”.

Costs were awarded for the independent expert report and Cali is a free dog!

Cali was home pending the court hearing, but on an interim exemption. However they need not comply with this any longer.
