Salemate_MCR SaleMate is a trading assistance service; taking your items and selling them for you, without you having to go through any hassle!

When approached by a customer, we will arrange a time to view the items for evaluation. This can either be done at our drop in sessions on a wednesday afternoon (TBC) in the MMU Faculty of Business & Law , or we can actually go to the customers home and do it there. After the evaluation, and the customer is happy with the figures generated, we will then negotiate a rate of commission - this will b

e based on the amounts items for sale, and the total sale cost of all the items. We will then proceed to list the items on various online marketplaces (eBay is our preferred place of sale, however we will also list items on Gumtree and Amazon Marketplace). Once items have sold, we will contact the customer and agree on the best method to transfer the money back to them (bank transfer, paypal etc.) If for some reason an item is un-sold, we will contact the seller informing them that it hasn't sold, and our educated reason as to why it hasn't. From here the customer can direct us on what process to take i.e. re-list item or send it back to the customer.
