As you will see from this exclusive interview with Jan by Coulthursts brand ambassador James Cracknell, Jan's passion to help others was born out of a very personal experience after her son Callum suffered - and - survived - catastrophic injuries, including TBI, during a climbing accident. As we head towards our 6th anniversary later this year, it was truly exciting to be working with our brand ambassador James Cracknell on to raise awareness of the unique services that we can offer to those affected by brain injury, including our campaign for recognition for all those families suffering due to undiagnosed brain injury.

As well as hitting the airwaves across the UK - including Times Radio - James was able to tell readers of The Independent and other print & digital media outlets about his own experience of the kind of services we offer, such as advanced scanning, and the life-changing difference it can make.

After kicking off the first part of our induction with the inspirational James Cracknell MBE, Coulthursts' new brand ambassador, it's been great to get an opportunity to hear James explain in his own words why he wanted to work with us.
