We will then discuss with you your immediate needs and priorities, together with any commercial or personal influences which should be considered, before outlining the best strategic options available to you. With litigation we always try to achieve settlement as quickly as possible, however should swift resolution not be feasible we are well versed in progressing matters cost effectively through the Courts, whether through the County Court, High Court or a Specialist Court or Tribunal. Where possible, we always encourage the use of Mediation and other forms of ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution), especially as a saving in cost and time can often be achieved. We handle complex commercial transactions with an aim to complete as quickly as possible to achieve your desired outcome.

Calling any law students who would like work experience from 5th June in Maldon. We have a large trial to prepare for the following week and due to staff holidays we can offer work experience to help with the preparation of trial bundles, with the potential for attending the 3 day trial at Chelmsford County Court the following week. Update: We are pleased to confirm that Sara Thompson, an experienced litigation solicitor has now joined the LAS team based in Maldon. Headed by Angela Noonan, the team now includes Sara as a full time solicitor and Karen Taylor as consultant. The three solicitors are ably assisted by Lizzie & Jo.

We also have exciting plans for an office remodelling due to start at the end of September so will post more updates and pictures soon.
