Yesterday was International Youth Day and it got us thinking about how we champion young people who aspire to build a career in law.

So far this year, we've welcomed 16 students for work experience placements across the firm, giving them valuable first-hand insight into the legal profession. We've also supported 11 trainees who are developing their skills with us and building foundations for successful careers in law.

We also run regular Legal Career Insight Sessions for Schools, giving students the opportunity to visit our offices, meet our people, take part in interactive group activities, and hear directly from our trainees about the different routes into a legal career.
