With significant workplace harassment reforms due to come into force on 30 October, employers should be taking steps now to review their policies, training and reporting procedures. These changes place greater emphasis on prevention and increase expectations on organisations to protect workers from harassment.

In our latest insight, Catherine Daw explores the key changes under the Employment Rights Act 2025, including the enhanced duty on employers to take “all reasonable steps” to prevent sexual harassment and the reintroduction of liability for harassment by third parties.
