Golding Homes Limited We're a community‑based housing association, centred around Maidstone, providing more than 8,500 homes and serving around 20,000 customers.

Our vision is to be local and listening, visible and trusted, efficient in everything we do. We are an established Housing Association delivering high quality affordable homes and services across Kent. Alongside our affordable rent homes we also have a portfolio of shared ownership and private rent properties and commercial units. Established in 2004, we have invested over £100m in regenerating our homes and estates and have built over 1000 affordable new homes for local people. Golding Places is part of Golding Homes. We’re working with Maidstone Borough Council to tackle fly tipping and keep our communities cleaner, safer and more pleasant places to live.
Since March 2026, 73 Fixed Penalty Notices have been issued to individuals identified as fly tipping across our estates. Many relate to furniture and bulky items being left in shared spaces, creating an additional cost for us to remove. Last year, we spent £152,639 clearing dumped waste, money that could otherwise have been invested in new kitchens, windows and doors, or improvements to our estates.

You can help. If you see fly tipping on Golding Homes land, report it on 0300 777 2600 or email [email protected]. If you’ve got evidence showing where the waste came from, please share it with us.
Together, we can reduce fly tipping, protect our communities and make sure more money can be invested in the places we call home.
