We are now recruiting✍🏻⚖️

Quinn & Heron Solicitors are currently seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant with experience in Conveyancing and/or Matrimonial to join our team in our Magherafelt office.
Full-time Permanent Post
Salary negotiable depending on skills and experience.
Essential Criteria.
✅Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
✅Experience of Diary Management
✅Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
✅Ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload while adhering to tight deadlines
✅Ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative

Main Duties and Responsibilities.
Assisting our Solicitors with the management and progression of client files, including: -
▪ Audio and copy typing documents to include letters, emails, legal forms and documents.
▪ Undertake all administrative duties to include maintaining and updating client files.
▪ Handle all confidential information discreetly and in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations.
▪ All other administrative duties as required.
