TESS has been established in conjunction with the Timeshare Consumer Association TCA and others to provide consumers with a credible, effective and trustworthy organisation who will assist them in obtaining exits from timeshare contracts. Our employees, Directors, Servants and Agents have never been involved in selling, administrating or management of any timeshare organisations, services or products. We are a legal entity and are affiliate members of the NIP & NALP. We are also one of the main affiliate members of the McKenzie Friend Organisation which supports and assists consumers in many different aspects of international and homeland law. We are in obedience with compliance procedures and we externally outsource compliance testing, submitting to ethical principles and practices. As we are not Solicitors, and contentious business is not permitted by Paralegal service providers, we engage at all times with effective and specialist timeshare/jurisdiction solicitors. We seek advice and instruct solicitors and council on behalf of our clients, and maintain full professional legal cover in all forums of dispute settlement. When any transference of representation occurs, our voluntary procedure will be fully compatible to legal rules. We maintain high quality controls in the protection of our clients and in support of our application with "The Law Society" and its rules.
