Sharing an exemption in law as shown below :

In America, a 15-year-old boy was arrested for stealing bread and cheese.
When he was presented in court, the judge asked him why he stole.

Tears filled the boy’s eyes, and he said that his mother was seriously ill,
he himself was hungry, and he didn’t even have enough money to buy food.
Hearing this, the judge became emotional. Instead of punishing the boy, he turned to everyone present in the courtroom and said:

“If a child in our society is forced to steal food just to survive, then the criminal is not him — it is all of us.”

The judge fined every person present in the courtroom 50 dollars for allowing such a situation to arise.
He also fined the shopkeeper 500 dollars for not helping a hungry child.
All the collected money was given to the boy, and he was allowed to leave without any punishment.

In our country, laws seem to apply only to the poor, while powerful people roam freely.
Here, even judges who take crores in bribes still sit in court delivering justice.
How can we expect them to do justice correctly?

But this judge gave a remarkable judgment.
It is true — if there is a king, and someone in his kingdom sleeps hungry, the one truly guilty is the king.

U.K. Changes Migration Rules To Bar Asylum Seekers From Citizenship.

Writing ✍️ about how migration affects European society and economies.

The U.K. government has introduced changes to the immigration process to bar people from attaining citizenship if they had previously entered the country via an irregular route. The change very likely contravenes the international refugee conventions to which the U.K. is signatory.

The change was introduced into the guidance for immigration caseworkers, rather than through parliamentary legislation. Changes to guidance are typically easier than trying to pass a law, as they are usually left to the discretion of the government in power. A similar change to modern slavery and trafficking guidance in 2024 saw victims of modern slavery forced to provide more evidence upfront, effectively preventing many from achieving protection. This citizenship guidance ‘clarification’ in fact appears to be designed to replace a legal ban introduced in the controversial and now-repealed Illegal Migration Act.

Really devastated and enraged by the racist violence over the weekend in UK .

The extremism on our streets over the past few days has not come out of thin air – it is the inevitable result of decades of racist rhetoric.

For too long, politicians and the media have scapegoated migrants, Muslims and communities of colour.

We’re now seeing the results – people seeking safety coming under violent attack, people of colour targeted and Islamophobic hate crimes spiralling.

Read our full statement on this extremist violence
This is the first test of our new government in holding communities together.

This moment must mark a turning point – we must see an end to the demonisation of people who move.

In these dark times, we must be the light that shines. We must come together and support one another, check in with loved ones and get involved in community care. We will continue to share information about how we resist this hate. Please, spread this message and ask your community to join the movement.

Hello 🙋‍♂️ gracious and victorious people Victory Legal Services, Luton. UK

The results are in; we have a new government. Let’s use this opportunity to create the change we want to see—a transformation in the way migrants are treated when they arrive here seeking sanctuary and opportunities—just like my family—and so many of our families did.

It's time we put an end to the Hostile Environment. Instead, let’s put our energy into shaping an immigration system based on compassion, not cruelty. An immigration system that values care over control.

Here’s where you come in. You can help us make this reality, starting from now. We can’t waste a day.

What Can We Achieve Together?

With your support, here’s what we will be working hard to achieve:

Thriving Together: We should all be able to thrive, no matter where we're from or the color of our skin.

Welcoming Those Seeking Sanctuary: We must welcome people who seek sanctuary in the UK.

Living with Dignity and Safety: We must all be able to live with dignity and feel safe in our homes and workplaces.

Defending Our Rights: We should all be able to defend our rights and hold the government accountable.

Protecting Our Privacy:We should all be able to pursue health, justice, and support, knowing our personal data is safe and our privacy is respected.

Participating in Community: We all have a right to participate in our communities and find care and belonging.

All stay VICTORIOUS
