We are pleased to announce that 2 of our Solicitors at Pictons have been recognised in the 2026 Pro Bono Recognition List, published this week.

Established three years ago with the support of the Attorney General’s Pro Bono Committee, and endorsed by the Lady Chief Justice, as well as backed by the Law Society, the Bar Council and leading pro bono organisations, the Recognition List highlights lawyers across England and Wales who have dedicated 25 or more hours to pro bono work over the past year.

Pro bono work remains a cornerstone of the legal profession, and we are proud to recognise the efforts of our Managing Partner, Siobhan Rooney, and Family Solicitor, Zara Ahmed, whose work continues to support those in need of free legal advice.

Happy St. Patricks Day! ☘️

We had a fantastic start to the St Patrick's Day celebrations this weekend as some of the Pictons team were delighted to attend the VIP St. Patrick's Day Breakfast at the Luton Town Hall.

This was a wonderful event bringing together members of the local community and businesses to celebrate Irish culture and heritage.

Our team received a warm welcome, lovely breakfast and entertainment throughout by young Irish musicians, singers, and dancers.

We then went to watch the parade and continue the celebrations with the wider community.

A big thank you to Luton Irish Forum for having us and organising such a memorable St Patrick's Day 🎉
