TOO BUSY TO MAKE OR UPDATE YOUR WILL? For all the obvious reasons every responsible adult should have an up to date will. Not to have one potentially exposes family and friends to difficulties in the event of death. More than half of UK adults don’t have a will at all and putting off making one is almost a national pastime. I CAN HELP. If you don’t live locally we can deal with everything by telephone, email and Royal Mail. If you do we will can also see you at home to take instructions and then have documents signed. Currently I am acting for clients in York and Cambridge and Somerset as well as UK nationals living in France. NO PROBLEM. Our fees are reasonable and we are fully qualified, regulated and insured.
